Hemara Dolphins
Terracotta one looks like the same dolpin mould as in this thread, except these are unglazed & straw fired..leaving this marbled effect

Hello Kat & Co, I have got the small plain green glazed dolphin which has the Hemara card around it's neck and the lighter green one with the coru design. They look very much like your terracotta dolphin.
I also have a big terracotta one like your one and alawys thought it might have been made by Paul Hemara. Just like the terracotta waka from the Titian waka mould that I have got.
Have a look at the picture and you can see the waka plus the two smaller delphins. The bigger terracotta dolphin isn't in this lot.

Are all of the dolphins in that shape by Hemara?
Found this dolphin today. 275 mm long by 175 mm tall. More of a restrained palette!
