Tiki pot was made by Crown Lynn
Hi I volunteer at the Queenstown Hospice and in a box of donations is a little pot about 5cm high with a green bottom and brown lid with a tiki on it. It has no chips or cracks. The stamp on the bottom is Crown Lynn Tiki. I saw the same one from one of your members photos.
We would like to sell it in the shop or on trade me but have no idea of its value. Any information of dates ect would be appreciated.
Can anyone tell me its approx value?
Many Thanks Mel

Could you send a photo of it to the site on newzealandpottery@gmail.com and I will post it for you so that people know exactly what you have.
It sounds like my avatar Ngakura Tiki pin pot, but I will wait and see.
I paid around $90 for mine.

Here are the photos that arrowmel sent to the site:
This is a delightful Crown Lynn Tiki Pin Box made around 1969.
These are special and collectable. My advice would be for you to list it on Trade Me to get as wide an audience as possible with a start price of around $50 and let them fight over it.
You're Welcome and good luck

I forgot to mention that this is from the Crown Lynn Ngakura Ware range.
You should add that important info to your auction.
Good luck.

What a special and beautiful piece. All the best with the TradeMe auction and yes, DO add that it is Ngakura Ware.
