Frank Duncan Auckland Tourist Art
Many thanks to Tier Carter for letting us use his photos
I have seen a few pieces of this ware on Trade Me and have saved them to my files.
They always depict tourist places in NZ.
It appears that the china has been sourced from overseas and is similar to Bone China.
The photos of NZ have been applied to the blanks and I find this extremely interesting.
Frank Duncan shows up in 1920 as a Tourist photographer and the same tiki stamp was used:

If anyone has any further information, please leave your comments.

Frank Duncan & Co Tourist Art China
First time posting here so hope this goes ok!
I bought my first piece of this china today and was curious about its origins (sorry but I can't work out how to post photos but it is a little bud vase with a view of Nelson on it). I particularly liked the Tiki stamp on the bottom.
I found an interesting article about Frank Duncan & Co. Looks like the china was supplied by a firm in London.

If you scroll down to Postcard and Novelty Goods it looks like Messrs A M Davis & Co supply the china.
Sorry, still a novice at posting pics, don't know why one picture is sideways!
