This vase was decorated by Salisbury and has the uncommon "Mattone" sticker - one of the brands used by Salisbury. Somewhere in my notes I am sure I have a reference to vases being decorated with the aid of stencils, and it looks as though that technique might have been used here. I hope (again!) that Oakpot sees this post and gives us the benefit of his knowledge.
