Janet Scoones - designer at Crown Lynn
Thanks to Te Toi Uku and Paul Scoones for sharing Janet's folders.
Janet's work is very detailed and finely done and is quite distinctive.
These are the patterns that I've identified.
Some I haven't seen yet and there are several that I'm really keen to see!
I will add all of these to a Janet Scoones Album.

Re: Janet Scoones - designer at Crown Lynn
Ev this new research is lovely to see. It is sad that Janet S has died and can't see your tribute - but hopefully her family can. Heartfelt thanks to Janet's son Paul for sharing his archives. My happy moment was at the market when he saw the mushroom soup recipe mug - and the recipe was in his mum's handwriting. A reminder that Crown Lynn is all about people as well as pottery!

Re: Janet Scoones - designer at Crown Lynn
Thanks Val, but all of the Crown Lynn designers need to be acknowledged.
Just trying to work out a time-frame for when Jan Scoones worked there.
Paul only has thought 1980/81, but the patterns and shapes they are on may help to give an indication.

Agreed yes all designers need the same acknowledgement... but gotta start somewhere! Which you have done.

Re: Janet Scoones - designer at Crown Lynn
Stumbled across Janets work on the back stamp of Heirloom d994 on the Crown Lynn Q & A page so have added it to her Gallery thanks to Melissa
There may be up to six different patterns in this series.
I just want to note that in her folio there is a pattern with birds on it that has the same leaves that Virginia has, so there is a chance that it is hers, but just need some confirmation.
