These vases come my way sometimes... I think they might have been made by Owen Salisbury in his later years when he had retired from full-on production ceramics. He had his own workshop alongside the main factory.
And this big flat gravy boat is a new one. It has the number 2420 incised on the base. Once again, hoping Oakpot pops in with a comment! Vases around 13 cm tall, jug end-to-end is 20 cm, and it is only 7 cm tall.

The items above were all produced by Owen Salisbury in the early 1980's
The number on the gravy represented a sample glaze.
