Mirek Smisek ??? Empty Mirek Smisek ???

I bought this 25cm plate the other day I was told it was most likely Mirek Smisek but it is unmarked the style looks like him to me and it has the center dot on the base I have seen on other plates he made but I guess any one could of made it because its unsinged.
