Re: Faberware
Without seeing the mark, I would immediately think Studio Ceramics for these pieces.

Different colours of faberware pattern.
I picked up a Faberware bowl yesterday that has the Faberware Made in New Zealand mark. It is the same design as canister shown in gallery, however, it has a green glaze instead of yellow.
I see another photo of a red/green colourway so maybe all 3 could be shown in the gallery?
I will post a photo of the bowl later on.

Re: Faberware
Thanks to Larry Hadley for informing us on Facebook that Faberware were a Party Plan outfit that sold pottery made by several potteries, including Studio Ceramics and Sunnyvale. They insisted that the brand name was fired onto the base of the pottery.
So this will be interesting to find out all the potteries that did this.
Who organised this venture?
I will take this topic out of the Studio Ceramics category.

Makers mark on Faberware.
Interesting to note what was said about Faberware being marked with with potters logo.
I vaguely recall being told by the lady who did Faberware in Chch that most of it would not have any makers mark, but I was assured that all the items were made in NZ by studio potters.
By the way, the Faberware marked bowl feels nothing like the two latte cups and saucers that I am trying to ID.

Re: Faberware
It's interesting to also note that we only have two potteries from Auckland so far and Larry didn't say which pottery he was involved with at the time. I will ask him

Re: Faberware
I cannot remember if I have mentioned that Barry Doyle was also sold under the Faberware umbrella.
