Hi there, the safest way to tell if McAlpine Jugs are Crown Lynn are if they have the Crown Lynn stamp on the base.
These two are not the fake jugs, but they could be the ones made by Studio Ceramics, who made them for around 10 years.
These jugs are still being made by Stepahead Ceramics, but I don't know if they mark them or not.
