Who Made This Vase - Does anyone know Please?

Hi, If anyone can help to solve the mystery I would be very interested.
It has numbers on the base but no makers mark.

Hi there, I can tell you that this is made from Stoneware clay that has been recycled, but I have no idea of the maker and the numbers could have something to do with glaze tests.
