Re: Lisbeth Hagan from Christchurch
That mark is so similar, yet so different that it's too hard for me to make a call on it Hannele ..

Same here, which is why I asked. So similar, yet so different. And not enough photographs of her work to tell me more. Argh!
Still, a nice little set and so different. Really special.

Thank you for letting me know, Tania.
So whose work could it be? A mystery to be solved.

Re: Lisbeth Hagan from Christchurch
According to Frederika Ernsten (I love her work, function over form, clear and clean lines), this is the mark of Lisbeth Hagan from Redcliffs, Christchurch. There is not a lot of information about Lisbeth that I can find. Frederika says she changed her last name at some point, which could account for the change in her mark.
The research continues.

Re: Lisbeth Hagan from Christchurch
I saw your post on Facebook yesterday and I'm so pleased that Frederika replied.
Can you add that clear L mark on here please so that I can add it to the Gallery?
I can't find the mark from your original post, but probably deleted it when Tania Carey said it wasn't her work.

Re: Lisbeth Hagan from Christchurch
I will get all the pieces out of storage, make pictures of the marks, and post them here. It might be a couple of days, of course, but I will get to it.

Thanks and I will move this topic into the Studio Pottery category now that you have identified the work and mark.
