Estelle Martin bottle with Napier City Council crest

The Ferret rang Bruce to ask about the crest on the bottle and Bruce said that Estelle made probably up to 200 of them as a fund raiser for the Napier City Council around the late 1970's. Bruce made the crest and put them on the jugs.
