Apparently her sister lived in or near Temuka and had mostly Temuka ceramics. So the lady, when clearing out her sister's flat, just assumed the caddies were Temuka as well. She did believe me in the end, though.
And I was grinning myself. Do you know that a year ago I hadn't even heard of Temuka? Or Royal Oak? I never even knew New Zealand has and had so many potteries.
It all started with a Waimea teapot ...

Yes definitely Royal Oak. I saw a post by one of the decoraters and she said that there were two and they could tell their own work.
