Made in the Philippines Mug, Badged
Photos courtesy of the Ferret:
It's odd that the letters on the mug look like NZI ....
Jeremy could you please check out the shape when you get time ....

Re: Made in the Philippines Mug, Badged
I'm pretty sure this is the 1256 rugby mug shape but ferret's photo is taken at a different angle making the mug look different.

I saw this mug or one identical on one of the facebook groups (in a topic on CL Philippines) so I've had this conversation before, and without checking I think the poster (whose name I forget) didn't buy because it was $10 or so.
Yes, indeed that was correct as I have now checked: it was Simon Barthope, posted on skite site January 23 and I posted Simon's pics in the rugby mug topic. Same mug or its mate.
Here's a comparison shot I made.

Re: Made in the Philippines Mug, Badged
Thanks to your astute eyes for picking up that it was the same mug Jeremy.
I wonder if they made some things for the New Zealand Market?
I felt that I had seen the initials before, but have no idea what they stand for.

My thoughts too, Ev.
If not for the NZ market then why the NZ mongram?
