This transfer of a golfer is on one of those tall shape-25 cups.  Ascot mark on the base.

Finally found the info for this pattern.
It's called Golfing and it has the same pattern number as Maw & Paw and the Fishing series of 3020 cups and saucers.
These were made in 1965.

I'm not sure how many are in the series and this is the second Golfing one.
