Re: Auckland Studio Potters weekend 1969?
It was a convocation of ceramics superstars wasn't it? My educated guess is 1969 (48 years ago!). Harry and May Davis were overseas in 1975 and he died in 1986 so unlikely to be the latter I think. There are not many left on that list to ask. Your best bet to find out for sure would be Paul Melser or Graeme Storm. Wilf Wright is still at Reikorangi last I heard and Simon and Tineke Engelhard are still contactable it is said.

Actually the easiest person to ask might be Bruce Martin though his blog:

Found it !!!!
The 13th New Zealand Potters 1969 Exhibition Catalogue has
Exhibition Committee:
Chairman : Margaret Milne
Secretary : Doris Dutch
Treasurer : Clifford Smith
and a long list of others ......
including Trevor Bayliss and Helen Mason
All of these potters were living in Auckland at the time.
Ohhhhh now I can't put these down as the old catalogues are full of pottery history!!
