Re: Royal Oak Winifred May Pottery (early)
Jeremy,
The milk and sugar is one of the early R O kitchen ware sets sold to its customers.
A photo below is the first sample bowl with a gloss glaze.
The following photo is of the old Stables situated at Manukau Road Royal Oak during the 1960s.

Jeremy thank you for alerting me to this treasure. I bought them - and look what I found on the base! Oakpot, you probably have more to add here, but I understand that this was the initial brand for Royal Oak domestic ware, named after a woman who worked at RO at the time. I have never found a piece with this label before!

Oops! I did turn them round for another photo that I didn't get around to posting but I never picked them up. Well done Val. They've gone to the right person.
I've put the sticker in the gallery.

During the 1960s Royal Oak was still decorating and selling their exclusive Crown Lynn range of planters and vases.
The Winifred May range is named after a staff member, and was introduced during this period. It covered kitchenware ,bonsai and ikebana containers. This range is before the
SAMA range.

Thank you again oakpot.
You may not have noticed but I have recently acquired a pair of the tall 315 vases as shown in your photo. You have confirmed what was already suspected, decoration by Royal Oak. I really like the colours on my pair.

The only way to find it's value is to list it on Trade Me for $1 start.
Good luck
