Another gorgeous pot minus its lid by this potter.. bought this for my garden projects but have kept it because I would like to try this matt blue/brown glaze.

Re: TP mark Is Adrian Cotter and Simon Engelhard Titirangi Pottery mark c1967
This mark turned up on the New Zealand Studio Pottery Facebook page and has been credited to Adrian Cotter saying that he used this TP stamp as Titirangi Pottery.
References to Mark Goody and Adrian Cotter's daughter are the source of info.
I have never come across this before and I'm quite surprised.
The TP work is by a high quality, top rate potter with a great reduction kiln that was probably fired with diesel.
I will have to compare the AC Adrian Cotter work I have to the TP pottery to see how it compares.
Any thoughts or info out there that anyone could add?

This TP mark is definitely Adrian Cotter's Titirangi Pottery mark, as it can be found on the Kumeu Dry Red wine bottles that he made for San Marino Vineyards Kumeu.
A photo in the March 1967 Vol 9 No2 New Zealand Potter magazine can be found on page 37.

Adrian Cotter's daughter Margie Cotter has added that Titirangi Pottery included Simon Engelhard as that was when he was working with Adrian.
Adrian did most of the decorating Margie said.
It's great to get the full story on this work.

Adrian Cotter/Titirangi Pottery (TP mark)
Hi Ev. You are welcome to use my TP Facebook photos under my Facebook name Elizabeth Tune. You can add them to your gallery if you wish. Unfortunately the beautiful casserole's lid was recently broken. Heartbreaking! I bought it for my mother way back in the seventies.
