I found this plate a couple of weeks ago and hadn't got around to investigating it, but was reminded of it today when I saw this auction http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=1246427483

We don't have Cathay Brown d39100 on the site, but it is in the Database.  Yes they misinterpreted the number ....
I have asked the trader if their bowl is white or a soft brown, as it is hard to tell from the photo.  Still waiting for an answer. . .  .  and I got a reply - it's definitely a soft pale brown cheers   Another pattern to tick off the vast list still to go Very Happy
