about 7 inches tall

This looks like a CL #9 vase but it has two sets of three bands around the belly.

The bird looks to me like a wood pigeon but I think the colours are wrong.

Incomplete but clear Harwyn label.
The paint is coming off so I left the price sticker in place for the photo.

Ev, I'm not sure how to label this for gallery. If you think it is a shape 9 then I think I can do it.

Wow that is fantastic work !
I don't think it's a kereru, but another native.
Please add it to the Harwyn Gallery and add that the blank was supplied by Ambrico.

Oakpot references a Harwyn vase with a kingfisher on it in Gail Henry (1) it as being decorated by Mollie Forrest. I have not checked to see if the artwork is similar.
