What has happened to all of the Galleries? They have returned thank goodness !

I'm trying not to panic and have contacted Forumotion asking for help.
When I click onto the Gallery Option there is nothing other than two words "Not Authorised".  When I try to access the Galleries via links in topics all I see is "No Category has been created"
Scary stuff indeed when there are 21 Galleries and over 7,000 photos loaded.
There are no other posts about Galleries vanishing on the Forumotion Help page.
Forumotion is based in France, so I will have to wait until they see my questions.

I think the galleries must exist somewhere as the gallery slideshow continues to play.

Unless those pics are stored elsewhere in a temporary folder.

When I try linking from the slideshow I get the same "not authorised" message.

That's all I've got.

I am here trying to figure out the issue.

I am a staff member from the Official English support forum.

There is still no sign of any Galleries and I have wanted to check out at least 5 things today already.
Our problem has been sent to the Main Office, but deep down in my heart I know that we have lost all 7,000 plus pics.  This is the third time that this has happened and it may be the last as I don't plan to spend weeks trying to reload them all. 
I can't even make a new Gallery as that function isn't working for me just now.
8 plus years of work with lots of help from many, making the best resource anywhere in the world for all of New Zealand Pottery .... I just want to cry
Even Google has lost all links to the Galleries now and nothing at all shows up there, whereas before you could find everything on Google as they gobbled it all up as quick as it was loaded.

Good grief! Hope they can sort this out soon!

Happy Birthday to Me as the Galleries have been restored to how they were before the upgrade !!!!  Best pressie ever !!!!  I'm just over the moon as without the Galleries our site is useless and I also felt useless for a couple of days.  Now we are back on track and with a huge sigh of relief we can get on with our normal pottery business.

Oh Fantastic! I was feeling lost too!

Thanks dollcrown as it was my birthday yesterday and it was the greatest present to see all of the Galleries back.
I've been able to shuffle the Galleries positions to make it easier to find the most popular and I wasn't able to do this previously, so you may have to look for some of them.

Oh dear that was a very unbirthday happening Ev, I am a day late but many happy returns for yesterday and no more of the nasty surprises like yesterday.
Pleased to know that the problem seems to have been resolved.

The Galleries disappeared on Wednesday evening and returned Friday evening and was the best birthday present I could ever get.

I tried so hard not to stress about it and kept up the what will be, will be attitude, but I was getting close to falling to pieces at times.  All is well now and I feel great.

So glad the galleries are back Ev, I do hope your birthday improved after that.
