This looks a lot like Royal Oak but also very close to the Taiwan brown lava glaze. The lava glaze has apricot undertones. Feels like RO.Royal Oak? Img_9910Royal Oak? Img_9911Royal Oak? Img_9912

Re:The wine beaker.
Without seeing a photo of its base,I would be 95% sure its not Royal Oak.

Mike,
We don't recognise the shape or the base of the beaker. We notice the white glaze has been dabbed with a brush, not a feature of Royal Oak.

The photo below shows some Royal Oak factory wine sets.

Thanks for that info...very useful pics.
I think i have tracked down a possible maker of the wine decanter and goblets....Fosters Pottery Cornwall England was the backstamp on 1 piece of 16 in a coffee set I saw in a local op shop. Very similar form to the lava (ery?) glaze. They wanted $30 for it so I just asked if I could take a couple of pictures.Royal Oak? Img_2011Royal Oak? Img_2010
