From Moksha.

Is this Patricia Perrin? Is this a new mark?

Moksha has been told that the stamps "could be 'test firing marks' but that the  cork looked like hers."
Could "the symbols / marks  which if you read vertically as P. C. P. spells out Patricia Charlotte Perrin with a date of 6 - 19 -68 [19th of June 1968]."

Yes. That's by Perrin - the shaped cork is a bit of a give-away. She had an interesting and unusual marking system at this time. You have unraveled it well Jeremy.

Wow!  Everything tells me it is Pat's work, but I have never seen those markings on her work before.  Yes I will add them to the Marks Gallery thank you Moksha.

Thanks for the confirmation team and to Jeremy for posting the Pics. I have it for a couple of years.....an Op shop buy and to think that I left it in the shop window back then because neither did I know the mark or the obvious style of Pats work. A whole week later and I'm back at the shop and it's still there...I'm none the wiser so I buy it on merit.
