Found one on Google, but as it sold this is all I can find other than the photo

"This lovely lamp base was handmade in the 1960s to early 1970s in France. It is marked on the base with the numbers 5322 but am unsure of the...."

What great google skills you have Ev. I was thinking German maybe but it is very light. I found the sold one you referred to...thanks.
It has the very light feel of the Terra lamps but that number looked out of place. All the factories world wide must have been following the same look!
