Re: Clayworks NZ impressed mark for GALLERY
I have seen the occasional listing on Trademe, mainly vases, but don't know anything about Clayworks really. The below info I found in old phone directories :

166E Marua Rd, Ellerslie
1994 - Clayworks - Copenhagan Lamps 52 Halsey Road, Manurewa
1995 - Clayworks - Manufacturers and Retailer of fully glazed pots, Planters, Vases and Tableware - UnitE 166 Marua Rd Penrose.

Re: Clayworks NZ impressed mark for GALLERY
Ev why don't you bring that with you when we catch up tomorrow... it is highly likely that Hemara or Cam/Beverley can shed some light. I have a small collection of things I want to ask them about and I am sure they won't mind. Looking forward to tomorrow! xx

Re: Clayworks NZ impressed mark for GALLERY
Hmmm I'm bidding on a piece that has Clayworks Mt Maunganui on it ......
Clayworks Mt Maunganui
Just to confuse matters, I found this beautiful little boot on Trademe. It has been made by hand and is not slip cast. They would have used a 'pattern'. It was the sticker on the base that prompted me to get it .....

The "Clay" and "Works" are separated in this raised mark but it sure looks like the same pottery.
