The only Toby that I can recall is Toby Stafford, but this writing doesn't match.

Battery still charging, hopefully enough light when it's done to get a decent pic. Not sure quite how I would describe the handles - a variation on fishtales i think, but I'm not an expert on handles lol

thanks Kat, I actually went back for this one... I didn't think I had enough left in my account for it (it was $6.50 lol) but when I got home and checked, an hour later, money was there and I zipped back into town for it lol
