Re: Orzel Lightshade?
I remember these from way back, but I would like to check with the Browns before making a decision.
Re: Orzel Lightshade?
I can't comment on this one without a look but I know the fat lava was a big thing in Germany and most such shades I see are advertised as German.
I'll study your photo, Kat.
And search fat lava on tm.
It would be nice if some had been made locally.
We shall see.
Just found one ad on tm so far. Different shape from yours:

Seller there also wonders whether NZ.
Actually, the medium sized one looks very similar!

Re: Orzel Lightshade?
They appear to have the same brown house paint on them as well? which is weird that must have been done before leaving factory?? ..something imported from Germany wouldnt be like that me thinks.
hhmm maybe they all came with extra knobs on top?

Re: Orzel Lightshade?
I have been looking out for a makers name for these shades for a long time without any success.
They look Orzel but at the same time could be German.
I do remember seeing similar once in Germany in the 80's. Hopefully Ev can get an answer from the Brown family.
