3639 "New" vit mug 20.9.83
Ev, Janice, I cannot see any other numbers available for this so my guess is 3639.
As per stamp it is vit, and it is not castware.
The date fits the term of the New Zealand Party which started in 1983
(for the 1984 election).
90mm H x 75 OD
I don't think these have ever been used! (Just like the party.)
