I thought this ramekin was Benhar till I turned it over...   14 cm wide, 4.5 cm high.

I found an old Kiwiblog post (17 Sept 2009) that tells me that Te umu kaha means long-lasting ovens, and that the correct spelling for Temuka is Te umu kaha.  

Ev you have all my commiserations. This is such wonderful informative site - I do hope 'the technicians' get things back under control soon. xxxxxxxxxxx
