Thanks Dasiem, but the Crown Lynn first digit of 4 stands for Flatware or ware made on Flatware jiggers.
I'm not sure who made that lovely wall vase, but it is probable English.

I see what you mean OP.
I thought the frosting and style on this piece screamed titan, but alas, no.
I couldn't find anything in the world wide rabbit hole either, so was grateful to find you posted this for awareness.
Here's another one I think fits this series. The flower is remarkably similar, as are the numbers, so I think it's a painted match for this "german"? vase. No: 4549
