This little pot (from Jim's collection!) is already in the gallery in the larger size. But this one has an interesting Mexican transfer applied. I saw another -3 size that looked as though it had been painted with a thick cream-coloured paint.  This Mexican one also looks as though it has had a thick coat of paint under the transfer.  It doesn't look esp Salisbury, is it possible that someone else painted and decorated a range of these?

I have several Salisbury pieces that have been thickly painted and unfortunately this tends to peel. I don't think I have any pieces with a decal on them though and just noticed this one on Trademe which has a Salisbury sticker on it -
