Orzel Rope-Handle Canister.
This is the same size as one of my similar canisters without the rope carry-on, but even without the tabs the shape is different and lids are not interchangeable.
Blue-green glaze on sandy body. "Rope" appears to be sash cord.

150mm H to lip. Glaze rough as guts.

This is really grubby, so I'll give it a scrub this evening.
I have no idea what the rope handle arrangement was all about.
