brown Terra Ceramics mug

Can someone help me with a maker for this lovely little mug I got from Deborah ("Little Treasures")?
The mark is a "New Zealand" stamp and incised what appears to be "TV" or a cross and a tick. It's only 83mm high.
21/6/14 Totally bang on Ev. I spotted a matching sugar bowl with perfectly intact Terra sticker at Hospice New Lynn.

The glaze colourings immediately make me think of Terra Ceramics.
