Thanks to the Patterns book I can identify the 4620 side plate and the 4619 saucer.

4620 side plate is 6 1/4" and is supervitried and this one was made in 1982 -

4619 Saucer has a weird measurement of 5 3/4" is supervitrified and this one was made in 1986.
