Humpty Dumpty looks handpainted & number is hard to read.. but we are sure its 1286..This looks like the Yellow Queens Visit Cup Shape. cat

Ok 1286 is listed as a Wine Cask and I've seen it and know what it looks like.
Let me look around that number ....
There is a 1337 - Child's set Drinking Mug .....
Though I'm sure I see the numbers 1286 too!

I think this Noddy cup on tm is the same shapes as Kat's Humpty.

The handle appears to be a match Jeremy.
The angle isn't the best but I think you are right that it is the same.

The cup shape is also very like the Royal Doulton Bunnykins cup, but the handle does not look right.

Val, the alternative coronation cup you posted so long ago is Keele Street Pottery, England. I have one of those as well as the ‘49 royal-tour-that-wasn’t one.
