Crown Lynn shape in Hobby Ceramics
This little dish just has to be Hobby Ceramics... it's the same as Crown Lynn number 2142 - which was previously Crown Lynn shape 735!
That speckly glaze, the three stilt marks and the hand-scratched initials (for identification of maker) are indicators of Hobby Ceramics.
Here is dish 735, as decorated by Frank Carpay.
The Crown Lynn version of 2142 is in the gallery. I see that Ev has also found some "Made in New Zealand' marked cup which were Hobby Ceramics http://newzealandpottery.forumotion.net/t932-hobby-ceramics-mugs-with-made-in-new-zealand-on-them?highlight=hobby Sadly, no pic! It will be interesting to see if any more CL shapes pop up as Hobby Ceramics. The 735 dish is 15.5 cm long, the Hobby Ceramics version is very slightly larger.

Re: Crown Lynn shape in Hobby Ceramics
Weight is almost identical. Hobby piece very slightly heavier but it is slightly larger. (See correction in my first post)

I was wondering if my salmon 2053 with the envelope mark was a hobby ceramics piece too http://newzealandpottery.forumotion.net/t2837-my-two-2053#13357
