This looks like a Wharetana bowl ....
I've only ever seen one other and these are in the Wharetana Ware Catalogue.
There is a photo of one the same shape as this, but with different designs on the foot.
The Catalogue says:
Assorted Bowls. Illustrated is but one of the many lovely bowls available in the Wharetana Maori Art Pottery range. Each bowl is different . . . there are many carefully created shapes: many, many uses you will find for these Footed Bowls.

They ended up selling this gorgeous piece for $150!
The last offer was $250 that I saw and I was waiting for it to be relisted at a lower price!

I read the q&A, one person said they would be interested for $150 and gave reasons, seller changed buy now to $150, and another person snapped it up!
There is a site you can use which will automatically snap up a buy now for you if one is put up up to an amount you specify, it's called BidBud and it is actually really useful in a lot of other ways too. Doesn't look like the buyer was using that though, as several hours elapsed before buy now was taken.
