A different Coffee Pot from Royal Oak
It never rains but it pours.
Just spotted a different style of coffee pot or lidded jug from Royal Oak on trademe:
http://www.trademe.co.nz/pottery-glass/porcelain-pottery/other/other/auction-680648448.htm
But actually it's the third of these I've seen over the Christmas break.
I bought the first one, from New Lynn Hospice, and curiously it matches the mugs in this add, while the one accompanying them does not.
I will post a pic when normal life resumes.
The other, without lid, was spotted on Sunday at St Vincent Avondale. No lid but a more recognisable Royal Oak glaze.

Re: A different Coffee Pot from Royal Oak
My one.
With matching glaze on mug.
Comparing size with large pot. (165mm H to lip)
Lid.
It keeps on looking purple but the glazes are red and brown.

more ugly

This one looks like the same pot and lid as above with a different handle.
Cups look like Royal Oak too but different handles.
Jug looks like Royal Oak or Orzel with different handle. (check Orzel below)
So far all Royal Oak handles I've seen are the same upward pointing pointy loop.
Yes, I know it's more ugly stuff but we need to get a handle on it!
(Pun intended.)
Any ideas?
