Adelaar/Orzel beer mug/tankard Hemara?
The tankard is unmarked. I don't know whether it was sold as Adelaar or Orzel.
This one has the heavy iron sand speckle glaze.
Similar items for sale on trademe have the softer speckle glaze:
eg http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=674770692
I have photographed it beside the Orzel mug,
known to be modelled by Hemara Hemara.
http://newzealandpottery.forumotion.net/t1433-an-orzel-mug-by-hemara#3831
Large: 114mm H x 78 OD top x 94 OD base: foot ring
Small: 105 H x 68 OD top x 78 OD base: flat bottom
These all seem to be left-handed,
unless the idea is you hold it in your right to put the image out.

and one more (RNZ Engineers)
A fifth Orzel tankard and a fourth in speckle.
Slightly smaller, and smaller handle, than the previous post (right).
My first Orzel sticker.
And then there were five ... different Orzel tankards.

Re: Adelaar/Orzel beer mug/tankard Hemara?
I came across this at a friends yesterday, it was a little different to the DB brewery’s one he also had (which I’m sure are fairly common) so I only took a couple of photos of this one.
Looks like a fair likeness of one of the taller ones above, but the base doesn’t look like it protrudes as much.
Also it’s got a different print and is right handed haha.
Lastly it has “made in NZ” impressed on the bottom.
I think it might fit here???
