Does anyone recognize this style

I bought this little dish from the .50c bin as I thought the glass glazing?  inside was very pretty.  I put it on trademe for $1 and from memory it sold for about $48.  Its always bugged me that I didn't know who the maker was.  I never put up a photo of the mark either and it was quite unreadable anyway.  Someone must have known who it was ?

digger is a big collector of NZ Studio Pottery and wireu buys and sells a lot of pottery. I've never noticed the winner skrownek before.
I'm amazed that it went for that much and there must be something I don't know about that piece too.
