Cute blue tricornered pot - Te Motu GV mark is made by Graeme Voss
I was rather intrigued by the three cornered-ness of this pot, I am guessing it's intended as a little pourer, though it has been abused with oasis and I am yet to clean it up, pretty mucky on the inside still.

I've seen that stamp before and wondered who used it.
Google isn't much help, but Te Motu is on the Coromandel peninsular.

Check this out:
http://www.trademe.co.nz/antiques-collectables/art-deco-retro/home-d%C3%A9cor/vases-jugs/auction-610064987.htm
and as an aside, apparently 'Te Motu' can be used to refer to NZ as a whole, literal meaning is 'The Island' so I would guess that Graham Voss is using it instead of 'New Zealand' or 'Aotearoa' as in the listing there he is said to be from Palmerston North.

Excellent sleuthing Cat
I think it's a good idea to keep both of those marks in the Gallery for future reference.
Good to see that it sold with a Buy Now too !

According to the questions on this auction, Graeme Voss has now died. The auction has a photo of a different "Te Motu" mark too.

Hmmm I had already checked this out and thought that the marks looked the same, but maybe I'm blind today ....?

Must be the Christmas bubbles getting to people already - the Te Motu in the current auction is in a narrow upper case font. The one above has only word-initial capitals, with the other letters lower case.
It was barely worth mentioning, but as I wanted to observe his passing I put that detail in too.
