A Grubby old bowl I found - Not by Melanie Drewery / Dicks-Drury

I found this grubby old bowl at the re-cycle centre, but the lovely glaze showed through, so for 50c I decided to bring it home and have a go at cleaning it up

I used a lot of elbow grease on it, but the result is quite a transformation !

This is the mark on the base edge, could it be Melanie Dicks-Drury? Reminds me of me  

I found this same mark from an expired auction on www.pinterest.com/pin/449585975276408673/

It looks like the same mark as the one on Pinterest.  
Sometimes osmannz is incorrect but mostly he knows what he is talking about.

I couldn't find the Trademe auction ....?

Gosh I looked through that Pinterest page and wow they have so many of our marks there don't they! Luckily they all connect back to here. I have found a few pages where they have used our photos, but they say 'Pinned by the Pinner' instead of a link to our site which I totally don't approve of. I have left messages but have never heard back.

The auction number was 705410268, but there is no photo now as it's too old.

Ok, so i contacted Melanie, and she said not hers. Will keep searching
