I was given this set about 28 years ago as a gift and I have never used it.  It has a "Lord" New Zealand, stamped in black on the bottom of each piece.  Each piece has a gold rim and it looks quite a refined composition.  I have no idea what it is worth, (if anything) but would like to sell it as I have never had a use for it.  The strange thing is, it is a coffee set, but never came with saucers so I just don't know what the theme really is about.  Can anyone enlighten me? scratch Lord - New Zealand Pottery 1-dsc011

Hi Francie3 Smile
Sorry I don't know anything about Lord Pottery, except that I've seen a few auctions for their very well made tasteful wares on Trademe over the years. Hopefully someone else can help ..... ?

My favourite opshop had a Lord set which included a coffee pot, milk jug, sugar bowl and teacups and saucers.  I was really impressed by the design, the finish and the high quality of the ware which felt like porcelain to me.  Tastefully decorated it looked divine and here is the lovely jug ..
