I bought this saucer today at an op shop in Dunedin. It just screamed Allison Black to me.

I have never seen a plate from Brazil before, but it has to be the same designer. Rolling Eyes
Sorry, I couldn't get the Allison saucer from the Gallery to copy bigger for comparison.

This is Marls photo from the Allison Black topic .... which is a lot bigger than the thumbnail in the Gallery ..... similar and yet quite different.

Yes, and the pattern on the saucer is considerably reduced. Still not the same but I'd bet on the same designer.
