Regal Blue d383 and Coronet d367 plus Regal Blue d493
I have trawled through the gallery, and can't find this one, although it is possible I missed it
Quite an intricate design. Standard genuine ironstone backstamp, no use at all!

Thanks for that everyone, as it seems the number was incorrect previously.
Am I correct in thinking that your plate has the pattern in blue sunny?

Re: Regal Blue d383 and Coronet d367 plus Regal Blue d493
Don't really need the backstamp thanks Cat, as there are enough listings on the net to match Marl's info, but there does seem to be a blue and a grey version of this pattern and I'm not sure if they have different names and numbers ....? I have a definite memory of finding the Regal Blue d493 number somewhere myself, so I'm a bit confused It could have a different number on another shape .....
Re: Regal Blue d383 and Coronet d367 plus Regal Blue d493
No, it is in grey as per photo, but on a genuine ironstone backstamp. No pattern name or number. Perhaps it is Regale Grey??

Re: Regal Blue d383 and Coronet d367 plus Regal Blue d493
Hmmm I wasn't sure if your photo was blue or grey mumsie ..... I will have to change the pic in the Gallery to Marls one as that's definitely blue and await info on your grey version.

Heheee another from my long list, though I couldn't see any indication of colour reference. The top right side is cut off in my pic though...... can you fill me in please Janice?
Edits to add that Janice confirmed that this is Coronet d367 which is the grey version of Regal Blue. Cheers Janice and many thanks!!

Re: Regal Blue d383 and Coronet d367 plus Regal Blue d493
Just to throw a spanner in the Regal works there is another pattern that looks the same as these named Regal Blue d493 which has the 3056 Bell cup first made in 1981 and the rimmed ware 4043/4046/4047/4050.
is this Regal Blue d493 ?
I wonder if its this one?
Its the same pattern but a deeper shade of blue

Re: Regal Blue d383 and Coronet d367 plus Regal Blue d493
My cousin uses this pattern and she has plates in a dark blue. Not quite navy. Unfortunately she is in Thames and I am in Whangarei, so it might be a while before I get a pic.
EDIT. AHA Jan Pots you have one! Posted as I was writing this message. That's the pattern I was talking about.
EDIT again. My cousin tells me her plates are unmarked.

Yes - I agree, I double checked against my notes
I will add it to the gallery, perhaps later if Maryr gets a better photo with a back-stamp we can add that to the thread & change the image. Janice
