Yes, I saw that auction and did some googling with the backstamp.
Handwerk seems to be a common term in Holland.
Found one auction for an eggcup with the same wording as this auction too.
I think the decoration is awful and has nothing to do with Carpay, but I'm watching with interest.

Oh dear they sold for $40 and someone will think that they have some Carpay for that price Evil or Very Mad
Check out carlnsue comments that show up now that the auction has finished.
He is a serious collector!
We are on the same wave length regarding those pieces!

I know little about Frank Carpay, but from the look of them, they were pretty amateurish sunny
