Is this Peter Oxborough's?

OK I've been out op-shopping again (well actually this is from my mum's church's garage sale), addict that I am and I found this stunning wee vase - I really love the 3 footed base. The mark looks like Peter Oxborough's mark, can anyone confirm? Whomever the mark belongs to, it's going straight into my collection.

Yes the mark certainly looks like Peter Oxborough's and the 'decoration' is in the same style to a vase that I have of his.
