It would not let me load 2 photos at once. This is a large casserole 24x10cm

Gosh that is nice ... and it almost looks like Pioneer -
but I just checked the Pioneer casserole in the catalogue and it's an 0927.
I do wonder if these numbers starting with 5 and 8 were made at Titian ....?
Wish someone in the know would waltz in and tell us heheeee

Thank you as that tells me that it was made at Crown Lynn Very Happy
Perhaps I should make a new category for these pieces .....
will ponder a while and hope I don't forget!

Lidded Casserole 5622 Empty re Lidded Casserole 5622

Post  Jonno Tue 14 Feb - 17:09

My 5621 looks exactly the same but size is 17.5 x 9.2 cms ( 175x 92mm) without lid with lid it is 135mm high. and back stamped Cook & Serve . Sorry no photo on file at present. So they made a range of sizes , I seem to remember seeing a smaller one somewhere. Reading the notes in Monk I would go with being made at Crown Lynn.
Just checked and 5620 is in the Titian shapes gallery so that would be where I saw it almost certainly.

Lidded Casserole 5622 Empty re Lidded Casserole 5622 and a 5621 version

Post  Jonno Mon 26 Mar - 22:46

Back in February I somehow missed posting the pics of my 5621 version, sorry.
Looks exactly the same as 5622 in photo but measures 175mm dia X 130mm OA
and holds 750 mls backstamped Cook & Serve. so for the record and the gallery here are the photo's that I thought I had sent.
