No Name Fresia or Sparaxis is Harlequin !!
Found this in an Op Shop, looks most like Sparaxis I think. Very bright, and another I don't think is in the gallery. Also, because it's a cup, there is no stamp on the base sadly.

Re: No Name Fresia or Sparaxis is Harlequin !!
I've seen this pattern on flatware - three or four flowers .... can't for the life of me come up with a name for it though. Hopefully Marl will know.

Check out this auction which still has the box that this pattern came in ...

Could it be Harlequin ??
Harlequin is in the database as d761 and was made around the mid 1980's.

The box definitely says Harlequin, have asked unouwanit if the plates are stamped.

The plates are not stamped with a pattern number or name, but unouwanit is happy for us to use the photo. What do you think Ev, the box has the same pictures on it, so my thought would be that it is definitely Harlequin. Will add it with your ok.

Here is a photo of the box containing a coffee set, which is the basis for using the name 'Harlequin' on the photo in the gallery. Photo kindly allowed by unouwanit. Thank you for allowing us to use it!

Re: No Name Fresia or Sparaxis is Harlequin !!
Hi Ev... I have a pieces of this pattern... some flatware have the Avondale backstamp, which I believe to be the correct saucers for this set.... a couple of the saucers have d11104 the saucers look the same in shape etc and came with the set.
Is there anything on the Database for d11104? cheers Janice

Re: No Name Fresia or Sparaxis is Harlequin !!
Hi Janice, there are several 5 digit saucers in the No Names Gallery that have a stripe of various colours. I have a hunch that these saucers were used to go with different patterns. No I don't have that number in the database.
Re: No Name Fresia or Sparaxis is Harlequin !!
When I put my glasses on..... I saw that the black stripe was clearer on the Avondale stamp, the d11104 looks like the glaze has lifted, but its meant to look that way..
Its all good I have swapped the sets around.. Spare room looks like an op shop... cups/saucers everywhere
