While looking through my Museum patterns notes I found that Tudor d154 is exactly the same as Earthflower d238, but on different shaped ware.

This pattern is also in the Pattern Book and shows a thin outer band just like Petite d156.

Then I would say the Petite d156 is correct. I suspect that a thin stripe would be shown as a very thin pencil line in the sketch, so that all makes sense.
